you haven't heard?   the ana notebook is something that is really helpful in keeping track of your progress.  you get points for things you do throughout the day....and add them up.  its real easy!

***under construction!!***

points system:

step 1:  weigh yourself.  then, figure out how many pounds you want to lose to reach your goal weight and see where they match up in the chart and add that number to your total:

0-5lbs  (add 3)
6-10    (add 4)
11-15  (add 5)
16-20  (add 6)
21-25  (add 7)
26-30  (add 8)
31-35  (add 9)
etc.

example: say you want to lose 12 lbs.  you take 12+5 and get 17.  that is your point goal for each day.

step 2:  keep track of the things you do each day and the points they are worth

step 3:  watch your goal weight approach!
